1. When Brian Warner,
aka Marilyn Manson, was a kid and went out for ice-cream, he specifically liked Superman ice-cream. As a friend told this
story, he said that Brian kept eating that ice-cream because when he went to the bathroom, everything came out purple.
2. Steppenwolf made
the music term, 'heavy metal' in the lyric "heavy metal thunder" in their song 'Born To Be Wild'. The album it appeared on
came out in 1968.
"I like smoke and lightning Heavy metal thunder Racin' with the wind And the feelin'
that I'm under"
Black Sabbath's album, "Paranoid' is considered the first and best heavy metal album. The band
formed in 1967, but in 1969/1970, the album came out. They made the music video for the song in 1971 (I hope I'm getting this
info right). Steppenwolf might've just created the word what to call the music. Anyone
have an opinion on this?
3. In the Queen song, 'Bohemian Rhapsody', they mention the
name Beezelbub. "Beelzebub has a devil put aside for me." But, the name is actually Beezlebul:
Jesus and Beelzebul (Luke 11: 14-23; Matthew 12: 22-30;
Mark 3: 20-27)
Jesus was driving put a demon that could not talk; and when the demon went out, the man began
to talk. The crowds were amazed, but some of the people said, "It is Beezlebul, the chief of the demons, who gives him the
power to driver them out.
4. I was watching the movie,
'Hendrix', and in it, they act out a part and in it they say that the song, "All Along The Watchtower", took over 40 takes
to complete. I also noticed that in the scene where Jimi is talking to Mike Jeffries about making an album with different
sounds, on the wall there are two art pieces. The one on the right is blue with a black outlined figure that looks like Eric
Burdon's eye. To the right there is a red poster that says Animals or something like that. Could there be a connection with
Chas Chandler?
5. Keith Moon gave Led Zeppelin the idea for the band's name. When Jimmy Page said he
was going to start a new version of The Yardbirds, Keith said, "It would go over like a lead zeppelin" and that was how the
name was created.
6. Asteroids were named after
The Beatles. They are 4147(John Lennon), 4148(Paul McCartney), 4149(George Harrison), and 4150(Ringo Starr).
7. In 1969, there were rumors that Paul
McCartney was dead and was replaced by a lookalike. The evidence was the Abbey Road album cover which portrayed John as the
priest, Ringo the undertaker, Paul dead (without shoes), and George as the gravedigger. Note: Paul McCartney is NOT dead.

(L-R: George, Paul, Ringo, John)
